It's Day 3 of Smoothie Week! Today I'm featuring a smoothie with one of my favorite warm-weather fruits- peaches- and TWO veggies-- spinach and zucchini (yes, zucchini!). I love to freeze zucchini that might be wilting a little in the fridge- it makes your smoothie creamy (without adding a whole banana) and adds a fiber and nutrient boost! I call this one Peaches n' Greens (you know, like Peaches and Cream... you get the gist š).
