It's Day 4 of Smoothie Week! Today's recipe features another potentially unexpected ingredient... but don't knock it til you try it! The combination of strawberries + dates + cottage cheese (yes, cottage cheese!) tastes like you are drinking strawberry cheesecake- it's my latest obsession! Of course, you can always replace the cottage cheese with vanilla protein powder-- but it's not the same, trust me! I love cottage cheese as one of my favorite inexpensive protein powder-free ways to get in a ton of protein (about 13-15 grams for a half cup!). Scroll down for the recipe!

It's Day 3 of Smoothie Week! Today I'm featuring a smoothie with one of my favorite warm-weather fruits- peaches- and TWO veggies-- spinach and zucchini (yes, zucchini!). It's Day 2 of Healthy Mama Smoothie Week and I am SO excited to share this one-- if you're a fan of chocolate, RUN, do not walk to try this smoothie! I love using avocado in my smoothies!
